These wooden dosage spoons are a convenient way to keep your dosage consistent without having to carry around a digital scale. Each level scoop holds approximately 0.75g of kratom. If you’re new to kratom we recommend starting with a 1.5g serving– so 2 level scoops. From there you can adjust your serving to best suit your needs.
